However, we are always happy to take booking requests direct, and it may also be the case that where no availability is showing online, we do still have availability.

Any bookings made direct will be on the same terms as currently in place with Airbnb, e.g. we will request full payment (via BACs\BankTransfer\Card Payment). A full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. We also ask for the same damage deposit of £150 and a cleaning charge of £20.
